The Blood-Starved Beast is a withered monstrosity hidden in Old Yharnam, consumed by an unending thirst for blood. Once a cleric or noble victim of blood ministration, it now writhes in agony, its flesh decayed and madness unchecked. This foe represents the horror of addiction to the Old Blood and the inevitable descent it brings.
