Our Workshop Locations
We currently operate small workshops in the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, and Australia.
To ensure faster delivery times and smoother customs processing, we ship your order from the workshop closest to your location whenever possible.
Customs & Additional Fees
Because we ship from the closest available workshop (UK, EU, USA, or Australia), you will NOT need to pay additional customs duties or import fees for standard deliveries within those regions.
The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise fees upon delivery.
Order Processing
When an order is placed, we hold it for approximately 24 hours before starting production.
This short window allows customers to:
- Correct or update their shipping address
- Modify their shirt or hoodie selection
- Cancel the order if needed
After this period, the order moves into production.
Made On Demand
To reduce waste and operate responsibly, we prepare each order on demand.
We only source blank shirts and hoodies, and every design is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our workshops are small, this process helps us:
- Minimize excess inventory
- Reduce material waste
- Avoid overproduction
Each item is carefully prepared and quality-checked before packaging.
Packaging & Carrier Pickup
Once your order is ready, we package it carefully to ensure it arrives safely.
After packaging, we contact the shipping carrier for pickup. As soon as the carrier scans your parcel into their system, you will automatically receive a tracking email.
If you do not see the tracking email, please double-check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may filter automated messages.
