Our Made-to-Order Process

All of our shirts and hoodies are made to order. We prepare each item specifically for you once your order is placed, rather than keeping large amounts of pre-printed stock.

This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and keep our workshops small and sustainable.

Our Policy

Because every item is produced on demand, we offer replacements in case there is an issue with your order, rather than traditional returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem related to delivery or production — such as:

• A printing defect
• A damaged item
• The wrong item received
• A package lost in transit

We will immediately send you a free replacement.

There is no need to return the item, no complicated forms, and no return shipping hassle. Just contact us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something goes wrong on our end, we fix it  quickly and at no extra cost to you.
