Excellent Customer Service

Baught this hoodie on Etsy and it arrived with a minor sewing error on one of the sleeves.
Didn't have high hopes, but messaged the site regardless and had an answer in under a couple hours. Not only did I recieve a replacement (which they upsized for me as well), but also got to keep the one I had already recieved!
All while being very friendly.

Once my itch for Souls-Merch comes back I will be ordering here again.

The hoodie also has great quality over all, feels quite soft and the print is awesome.
